Product Resumption
First steps
When your receive a package ordered from our webshop, make sure that all the products are intact while the courier is still present. After that do a single trial run indoor and decide whether the product meets your expectations.
If you aren’t satisfied with the product you ordered from our webshop, you have changed your mind or you have chosen the wrong size, you have the opportunity to cancel your purchase within 365 days. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, please notify us by phone (Mon-Fri 10:00 – 18:00, Sat 10:00 – 18:00), e-mail or thru post within 14 days of purchase.

Return procedure
The product intended for return must be returned in its original packaging and in a condition for resale! We can only guarantee the reuptake of a product only if it is completely free from traces of damage and scratches.
There are two ways to return your products:

The returned product will be examined by our staff within three days and the result will be reported to you. If it is in good condition for sale, it is intact, we shall refound the price
In the following cases, we cannot retake the products:
- the product shows signs of use beyond trial or damage
- the product remains permanently dirty or scratched
- the original packaging is damaged or has not been returned
- the product is damaged during the return due to improper packaging
- the product has been shipped outside the 365 day return time limit
We offer various options for refunding the cost of returned products. Depending on your need, it may happen:
- With cash payment
- Bank transfer – within 14 days
- In the form of a gift certificate
